Mark 7 Total Window Install

The Mark 7 Total Window Install is comprised of a two-part construction.

An internal facing, reinforced steel frame with fixed 8mm polycarbonate screen and vent plate with anti-ligature airflow control, plus an exterior facing double glazed aluminium window, with one or two openings. These are installed as one complete unit, with a linkage between the vent plate and window opening for cell ventilation.

Most new installations and retrofit windows feature a twin vent plate design to meet MOJ air ventilation requirements for a shared cell.
